Established in October 2025 in The Netherlands, CHAADU is the realization of an insight that first took root in 2019.

It began with a practical observation regarding the friction of tipping: the social awkwardness when opinions differ within a group, and the lack of transparency about whether that money actually reaches the person who earned it. This sparked a deeper realization that evolved over time: it isn’t just financial appreciation that gets lost. It is professional recognition. In the hospitality industry, guest reviews benefit buildings, not people.

We believe that true hospitality is delivered by individuals, not by venues. Yet, for too long, talented professionals have built incredible reputations only to leave them behind when changing jobs. We asked ourselves: why can’t hospitality workers own their career history like professionals in other industries?

We combine deep industry experience with a rock-solid technical foundation to create a transparent, fair ecosystem. Our platform ensures that every scan, every tip, and every review goes directly to the person who earned it.
