Hi! I am Emma

I grew up in London and was introduced to fine dining early on during an internship at a small hotel restaurant. What began as a part-time job soon grew into a lifelong passion for hospitality. I discovered that service goes much further than a smile or a perfectly poured glass of wine. It is the art of making someone feel something: tranquility, appreciation, and wonder.

At Maison Éclat, I found what I had been searching for for years. It is a place where attention, elegance, and humanity come together. Every evening is a new opportunity to provide our guests with an experience they will never forget. To me, that is the essence of true service.

Review Emma: Emma clearly enjoys her work. She took the time to explain the origin of the cheeses, which we found particularly thoughtful. At times she spoke somewhat softly, making it difficult to hear her occasionally, but her passion more than made up for it.

Review Emma: Emma greeted us warmly upon arrival and made us feel very welcome. I would have liked to see her take a bit more initiative in offering drinks, but her smile made up for a lot. With a slightly more confident attitude, she is going to go very far.

Attentive and stylish in her service

Review Emma: Emma exudes a sense of calm and attentiveness. She noticed my glass was nearly empty without me having to ask, which is exactly what you expect in a restaurant of this caliber. While she could perhaps be a bit more confident in offering recommendations (“What do you suggest?”), her refined service style complemented the atmosphere beautifully.
