I am still a student at Hotelschool The Hague, but working at Maison Éclat is the best training ground I could wish for. Here, I learn what true hospitality means. It is not just about serving perfectly, but about seeing, understanding, and surprising people.

What inspires me the most is the passion of my colleagues. Everyone here wants to improve, every single day. My dream is to open my own restaurant one day, but for now, I enjoy every evening in which I can contribute to our guests' experience.
